NATO's TV channel
Denmark developed, established and handed over Natochannel to NATO in 2008. Since then NATO has moved forward substantially in its overall capacity to communicate audio-visually. The aim has from the outset been to strengthen NATO’s ability to communicate.
Natochannel delivers contents and stories to hundreds of TV-stations and news agencies around the world. The contents are primarily focused on NATO’s operations, including the ISAF-operation in Afghanistan.
Furthermore, Natochannel has distributed contents through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Podcast. This way Natochannel shapes the debate and becomes part of the exchange of ideas.
